Terms and Conditions for FrostWash SG

By utilizing services provided by FrostWash SG, including but not limited to automated car washes, hand waxing and polishing, interior detailing, tire shining, undercarriage cleaning, paint protection film application, and ceramic coating services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Provided

FrostWash SG offers a range of automotive cleaning and protection services. While we strive for excellence in all our offerings, specific results may vary based on the vehicle's initial condition, age, and type. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices for our services are displayed at our premises and/or on our online platform. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payment for services is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various forms of payment as indicated at our location.

4. Vehicle Condition and Responsibility

• Pre-existing Damage: You are responsible for notifying our staff of any pre-existing damage to your vehicle, including but not limited to loose parts, cracks, scratches, or aftermarket accessories, before services commence. FrostWash SG will not be held responsible for exacerbating pre-existing damage not disclosed prior to service.
• Personal Belongings: While we take reasonable care during interior detailing, FrostWash SG is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left inside your vehicle. We advise you to remove all valuables and personal belongings before leaving your vehicle with us.
• Aftermarket Modifications: Customers with aftermarket modifications (e.g., custom wheels, spoilers, non-factory paint) assume all risk for potential damage during automated washes or detailing unless otherwise discussed and approved by FrostWash SG staff.

5. Limitations of Liability

FrostWash SG exercises reasonable care in providing its services. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (c) any content obtained from the services; and (d) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

6. Warranty for Specific Services

For services such as paint protection film application and ceramic coating, specific warranties may apply as per manufacturer guidelines or FrostWash SG's separate warranty documentation provided at the time of service. These specific warranties will supersede this general limitation of liability for the aspects they cover.

7. Online Platform Usage

If using our online platform for booking or information, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on our online platform or at our physical location are the property of FrostWash SG or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any such content without explicit written permission from FrostWash SG.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
